Inspection and Repair Services
All of us at J.P. LaRue, Inc want to help you maintain your investment…not only to ensure it maximizes its lifespan, but more importantly to ensure a steady and constant safe environment. There are several options for site and equipment inspections:
Independent, 3rd Party Inspection
We recommend that all inspections be performed by a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI). Please contact us and we will assist you in locating a CPSI in your area that you can contact to discuss prices and services. Your insurance company or licensing board may require periodic inspections….we can help you with that.
Broken or Vandalized Parts
If you have something that needs to be replaced, we ask that you follow this simple process to help us expedite your request:
- Take digital photos of the item or items…close-ups of the damaged area as well as photos of the entire part are best. The more photos you take the more likely we are to understand the nature of the replacement.
- Please email them to us at info@jplarue.com and please be sure to include a shipping address, billing address and contact information. If you are also able to supply the installation date it helps us in reviewing possible warranty coverage of the item (unfortunately vandalism does not qualify for warranty coverage)
- Once we have this information, we can detail what is necessary for repairs to occur. We can also provide pricing for labor upon request
- If you are unable to provide this information and need us to visit the site in person we can make that arrangement. We ask that you help defray our travel expenses with a Travel Fee of $250
